I used to have a place in Chicago because of my work. I loved this building; classical architecture with a beautiful façade and roof deck.
The building was filled with kookie mckookersons. Nonetheless, this is one of the nicest living spaces on the Gold Coast.
I had to interview with someone from the condo association before I was accepted into the building. The woman who interviewed me was full-​on crazy town. She was heiress to a kitty litter fortune (I am not making this up) and she had an apartment filled with clown dolls. I was totally freaked out by the clowns; she kept telling me to hug the clowndoll next to me. A good apartment is hard to find. I hugged the damn clowndoll and got the apartment. I still sleep with the lights on.
