Wow, so rude. I was excited to see this business located RIGHT next to where my bike was locked up when my key broke. I gave them a call and right from the get-​go the man who answered me was very impatient and not at all helpful. I believe his opening dialogue was, «Where are you, we’ll send someone out.» I replied that I had a couple of questions first, since I had already called Kryptonite, the company that made my lock, and they told me that some companies allowed the service to be billed straight to Kryptonite rather than having to go through the process of being reimbursed. Now, I know that seems like a long shot, but I of course wanted to check and see if they would do that. However, when I asked, he HUNG UP ON ME. REALLY?

We used this service a week ago to open our garage door deadbolt which was frozen or broken. It was a 7am call. The technician arrived in 45 minutes and was very professional, friendly and had to replace the lock. However at $ 250 we felt this was extremely expensive and would try others next time.
