Do not ever bring your phone to be fixed here. I have never had a more terrible experience with having a phone fixed, and I break a lot of phones! I broke my Galaxy S3 so I brought it in and they said they said they would call me back with a quote. They told me it would be $ 100 bucks so I told them to do it and they said 2 – 3 days. I get a call back 3 days later asking what price they quoted me at. Then they asked if I agreed to it or not and I said I did, then they said another few days. Another week goes by and I never get a call back saying it was ready. I go into the store to check if it was back and they explained the tech guy had been out of town and had a family emergency and that he has a bunch of phones to fix but it should be done soon. Another week goes by, I get a call saying they didn’t realize it was both the screen and the LCD and that it was now going to be $ 220. After they told me this information they said they would just get my phone back for me so I could bring it across the street because they would do it faster and cheaper. I tell them to bring it back in and they said it would be back the next day. I go in the next day and it wasn’t there, of course. I then explain the whole situation to the lady for working and told her how unacceptable the whole situation was and I asked for a price break because I had been paying my phone bill for over 2 weeks with no phone. When she called back she explained she could not give me any discount because it cost them $ 210 to get it fixed and they needed to make a little money off it. Um… you don’t deserve the money! Finally a few days later I get my phone back and the place across the street fixes it in 24 hours. What a nightmare! I will say that everyone that was working was extremely apologetic and were trying to get my phone back but whoever you have fixing your phones needs to get fired and I know you all know that.
