01 24 7 Days Towing

I called this company because they were only 3 blocks away from my car.
I needed my battery jumped by 9 am. I called at 7:45 and they said that the tow truck would be there in 30 minutes. 45 minutes goes by and I call back. The girl tells me «morning traffic is bad, he should be there any minute». An hour later, the driver calls and says he will be there in 10 minutes. after an hour an a half I call the girl at the station again and ask why it’s been so long, she says «who is this?» I tell her my information again and she says «morning traffic is bad, he is on his way» I know Chicago traffic can be bad but it doesn’t take an hour and a half to get 3 blocks! The guy had obviously just never left the station. I finally told her to cancel the truck because I didn’t want these jerks to get a penny of my money. Do not call this company!!!
I wish I had paid more attention to the other review.
