History
Established in 2008.
In 2006, Chef Pat stopped drinking. In order to indulge his sweet tooth, he turned to candy and chocolate. Much of the store bought chocolate had to much oil in it for his liking. So he started making his own, using Blommer Chocolates. Friends and family loved being «taste testers» often calling him for special requests for gifts and parties. From there, he marketed his original creations to Florists, Coffee Houses and Boutiques. In 2011, the dream to open a retail location was realized.
