Bailey, Stock & Harmon primarily represents clients in the tri-​state region (Wyoming, Colorado and Nebraska), but handles cases and clients nationwide, supplementing our resources and staff with local attorneys in other jurisdictions. We have tried to verdict over 150 civil and criminal jury and bench trials in federal, state and local courts and have represented clients in cases in jurisdictions throughout the country.

Henry F. «Hank» Bailey, Jr. is a shareholder and founding member of Bailey, Stock & Harmon, P.C. Hank has over 34 years of trial experience. His practice areas include personal injury, professional negligence, civil and criminal trials, electric utility law, civil rights, employment law and railroad law. Since 1978 he has tried in excess of one hundred cases to a jury verdict or judgment and has represented clients in litigation in Wyoming, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Virginia and Washington D.C. He has also testified on numerous occasions as an expert witness in legal malpractice cases in both state and federal court. Hank has been lead trial counsel in cases involving death, catastrophic brain injury, paralysis, medical malpractice, malicious prosecution, breach of multi-​million dollar commercial contracts, will and estate contests involving multi-​million dollar agricultural lands and assets and insurance bad faith litigation.
