Left a laptop for repair and had to make numerous calls to get status. Technician had trouble even finding the laptop and remembering what work was to be done. Paid the price and finally got the computer back weeks later… only to learn that my setup and files had been completely changed. Some programs deleted without my permission. Keyboard touch sensitivity had been tinkered with and is now all screwed up. My suggestion is if you need computer repair… avoid this shop at all costs.

Some have commented in other places on the service, I have never had an issue. The guys here are knowlegable and always willing to help. Each time I go through the door, I am greeted by someone who know exactly what I am talking about. I have a firend who had a rig built by them and it is a monster. It runs circles around my custom rig and was cheaper. I even built mine myself. When I needed an installation disk for an OS, he came through. Labor prices are fair, parts prices are fair too. Some have said that they can be a little absent minded, well, yes. A little. But this is the computer crowd we are talking about. We all are. They get the job done and they do it right, no question there. They can do it all. They have helped me with troubleshooting to straight up fixing my mistakes.
