After sleeping in a recliner. then a hard couch for 4 nights next to my elderly father who had a heart attack I was so in need of a massage .So i went on Unilocal to look for somewhere to go. I found Avens Spa so i called and asked if they were close to the hospital … The voice on the other end paused … We are in the physicians office right next to the hospital OMG was i ever lucky i didnt even have to go outside! David was awesome and worked put of the kinks of my sleep deprived broken body. I WISHEDTHEHOSPITALWOULDLETPEOPLEKNOWTHATTHISSERVICEWASSOCLOSE!

I went here for Botox. Their claim to fame is that physicians do it(not really necessary), but I think their prices are less than traditional«spas.» The Dr. was fine… professional, but not overly friendly. The staff is nice. However, don’t go here expecting a spa experience. They share a waiting room with an OB/GYN office and there are none of the usual amenities. The upside is they don’t sell a big line of cosmetics or anything like that either. If you want to be pampered, Adora Day Spa is a better bet.

I am very happy with the service I received at Avens spa. I saw Rene for a wax and she did a fantastic job of not only cleaning up all the hair but also making it as painless as humanly possible. The front desk staff was very pleasant and beyond accommodating. After the service I received I would definitely recommend this spa, and I am now interested in looking into the other services they offer.
