The Chevy Chase Endoscopy Center

I was extremely impressed with this business. from the front office staff to the technicians to the nurses — everyone was friendly and smart and happy and they all made the experience that much better for it. the facility was clean and comfortable and they even had a heater in the rest room where you change into your gown so patients aren’t cold. I highly recommend this place if you have to have an endoscopy or a colonoscopy.

I had a colonoscopy at the Chevy Chase Endoscopy Center last week. Naturally this is not something people look forward to, but I really can’t praise the staff of the center enough.
Everyone I dealt with, from the moment I checked in, was very polite and very helpful and explained each step of the process thoroughly to help put me at ease. They were all unfailingly friendly and pleasant, which impressed me because, from start to finish, you’re dealing with about a dozen different people.
This was my first ever experience with a colonoscopy and so I am particularly grateful for all their efforts to put me at ease and to make sure I understood each step of the procedure. I feel that I can recommend the Center without hesitation!

The Chevy Chase Endoscopy Center made my endoscopy as smooth as possible. I was taken on time and made very comfortable. Although this experience was quite unnerving, I felt an overall sense of comfort with the staff and the professionalism of the doctors.
