AWFUL! I bought a groupon for a 3 room cleaning. Called the company to schedule it and they came out and spent 15 minutes here MAX… they didn’t even vacuum before and did not do ANYTHING that the groupon stated they would do. I’m very disappointed in the company because I called the owner to talk things through and he said he would call me back to remedy the situation and he never called back. Called groupon and got my money back. Never schedule with them, it will be a waste of time.

Okay., I’m editing my review because the owner sent out another team for later in the day to clean my carpets. They came by and did a very nice job. I changed it from one star to three. If I only experienced the 2nd team, Steven’s would get 5 stars.

HIred these folks to spot-​clean my white carpets after the dog puked stolen spice cake all over them. They weren’t able to get the discoloration out completely, but pretty dang close. Showed up on time, brought two people to make it go faster, and asked me about moving some furniture instead of just going around it. Friendly, professional. Would definitely recommend. They go to high-​rises too, if you’re not on ground level.
