Cooper’s Tire & Auto Service

First of all, they don’t have tires at Cooper Tire. I know, kind of misleading. I found out the hard way after a catastrophic tire failure not far from there. How fortuitous! Went in thinking I’d just get the tire replaced and be on my way. Nope, that’s not how it works. They could ORDER me a tire and I could get it in a couple days. That wasn’t gonna work for me. I managed to go elsewhere and get it tended.
That being said, I’ve been using them for odds and ends type of repairs, tire changeovers, etc. for years since they’re close to my office. And I give them high marks for that! They’re inexpensive, accommodating, easy to get your car in for work, and capable — in an old school way. Don’t look for modern diagnostics or sophisticated repairs. But for low tech maintenance they are pretty good!
