Opened new additional checking account in order not to receive fees. Three months in and hours on the phone, and after fees, I guess I will have to just move all my banking to Chase or BOA. Last phone call was over one half hour. Now I ‘ve been promised a call back by a supervisor. You would think local banking would have a local feel not a disconnected one.
