L’elegance Salon

Just had a mani-​pedi with Ollie at L’elegance on the VFW Parkway in West Roxbury. She did an awesome job. On Sundays it is nice and quiet at L’elegance and you can get a mani-​pedi for $ 45. The salon is clean and bright and the Sunday crew are excellent. I highly recommend going on a Sunday. Moira

Absolutely the most horrific hair salon and service i have ever received. Olga, did not listen at ALL around doing a trim and side bang. She chopped off my hair and replied «well its always a shock» and that was that. NEVER ever will I return to such a terrible establishment.

I have been to this salon several times this summer and have had very positive experiences each time. The receptionist, the hair wash person and the hair stylist were all personable, professional and made my experience exceptional. I can not relate to any of the previous reviews.

I have always had a great experience here. everyone is lovely. try it you will like it. well priced and staff are very accomodating.

I’m not quite sure how to feel about this place. On the one hand, the woman who checked me in at the front desk and my waxing technician were both friendly and accommodating to me. The woman who worked on me was extremely nice and tried to make smooth conversation to make the awkward process less awkward (don’t think it gets more awkward than a Brazilian, folks). I was a little disappointed at the level of work. I’ve had Brazilians before and it never took that long (roughly 45 minutes, almost an hour) and I never had to contort my body in so many strange and random positions to get the job done. I live right around the corner from this salon (my regular waxing salon was booked and I had a beach trip coming up) so it’s extremely convenient. However, my next Brazilian, I may have to take up elsewhere.

Worst customer service ever. It would be impossible for me to make an appointment after the way the receptionist treated us when we arrived to see their offerings and inquire about the stylists for our hair type (mine is damaged and my friend’s is curly). The woman behind the counter wouldn’t even put down her book, she smaked her gums, argued with my friend about how her hair isn’t really curly, she completely ignored me which was fine as I was in shock by the event before me, and when we thanked her for her time she swiveled around and rudely snapped «yeah».
We left, tore up the business card and looked at each other as though we just couldn’t believe what happened. If the receptionist is this crappy, I can’t even imagine what a hair cut would look like. Three words; Oh Hell No.
