Born in Jamestown, NY in 1954. Moved to Eastern Shore of Maryland in 1960, Attended McDonogh High School in Baltimore class 1973, attended Washington College 1973 – 1975, graduated University of Delaware 1977. Started the Finishing Touch in 1978.
