They were referred to me by an estate lawyer. Mr. Campbell’s son went out to appraise the estate and did a horrible job. Many items, including the house were overstated and everything that wasn’t overstated was understated. Needless to say, this has presented a problem when dealing with the property and trying to settle the estate. I would never recommend using them to value an estate.

As a native of Chestertown, Maryland he works with his wife and son to run the family business. Our family hired Mr. Campbell to appraise the estate of our late mother. He arrived at our house and assessed the value of our property as well as the contents therein.
