My mom and I were in an accident over the weekend and our roadside assistance found and contacted Adams Towing for us. It was a Sunday evening and we live about 100 miles away from where the accident happened, so not many places were willing to help us. Adams sent a guy out right away and at an extremely reasonable price. Randal was extremely kind and helpful, we could not have asked for a better experience from a crappy situation. My mother and I are both very cautious women and we felt very safe and at ease, which may be the biggest compliment I could give any company. Would recommend Adam’s towing to anyone and everyone, and would definitely use them again (although I hope I never need a tow truck again).

Last weekend my car broke down on the highway near Chesterton and roadside assistance sent Adams out to tow me. The tow truck driver was friendly and helpful which made the situation much less stressful than it could have been. It was a Friday night and I live in the city so I was afraid that I might be without my car until at least Monday or Tuesday. It turns out they’re open on Saturdays. Adam the owner of the shop went out of his way to get my car fixed as quickly as possible! I had it back that weekend and they did great work.
