Established in 2014.
Take a long sip of fine Kentucky bourbon and let the smoke house aroma of slow cooked barbecue transport you south of the Mason Dixon. Oak & Embers proprietors, Marc and Gretchen Garofoli, spent years researching southern cuisine to offer you this experience. Their many trips to the Carolinas, Georgia and Kentucky have brought to life an idea born from their love for great barbeque.
The Oak & Embers menu offers homemade selections prepared from scratch. Great care goes into the preparation of each entrée. Brisket, pork, ribs and chicken are wood-smoked for hours to heighten flavor and texture — pink, tender meat is proof of this process. Lighter fare options include salads and flatbreads prepared with unique taste combinations to offer an escape from the mundane. Each entrée and side dish is cooked to order from recipes created from years of tasty research. Our unique sauces, rubs and dressings are original and thoughtfully combined to complement each featured entrée.
