Our experiences at the Chesterland McDonalds, have routinely been terrible! While in the drive thru, we get the wrong orders, often the sandwiches are cold and stale, old lettuce and tomato, even Upon asking for fresh cooked items, still got old cold items… Many of us now go to another community for our McDonalds. very, very disappointing for all! Not good at all!

This was once an awesome place go. The staff was so friendly, remembered ur name etc. Now you’re lucky if you get a thank you at the window after waiting in line forever! Slowest drive thru in America

I can’t believe this McDonalds does not have a review. I mean McDonalds is McDonalds but this McDonalds is a really good one. It is really consistent. They have the sometime elusive two cheeseburger meal on their menu! Mike the manager is great and runs that place like a well oiled machine. Plus it just got an awesome makeover, it is like a state of the art McDonalds with TWO drive thrus now!
