60 min. Guarantee for tire mounting and same for alignment. Took 3.5 hours. No guarantee. 2 Sensors didn’t work and needed to buy these for 130 $. Rear tires flat the next morning. If you want a bad experience and to waste many hours of your day, go here.

A long(5+ hour long) story short: I would buy tires here again. If you’re checking around for a tire place and stumbled upon either of my other reviews of Sears Auto locations, you’ve already read that I placed an order via Sears’ e-commerce portal, but no individual local store had the inventory to fill it. I was allowed to transfer stock to another store for installation, which would have been a fine workaround had this shop not experienced a miscommunication within the hour or so between their own call center calling ahead to get an installation slot for me and my arrival. What went well? 1) A five-tire installation(four new ones, plus outfitting a spare) only took about 30 minutes, as promised. The new set rode well immediately. It seems like work done right; 2) The techs were really friendly, even after an exceptionally long day that bled into overtime; 3) The customer service rep did his best to keep customers informed about the status of the shop wait times. There wasn’t much that he could do, but he did it; 4) Sears pricing, with rebates factored in, was very competitive and they carry a number of highly rated models. After shopping around, it was hard to beat. What didn’t go so well? 1) Despite the spike in business, the shop had to let a couple of techs go home. To the customers waiting for hours, this looked beyond bad; 2) More than one customer in the waiting area had come in after calling ahead, only to find the shop slammed once they arrived. Left with little to do but wait, they stayed since they’d made the trip but weren’t pleased. Were it not for the long wait, this would be an easy place to recommend for routine maintenance. A nationwide service network, the convenience(if you want it) of shopping while you wait, normal service rates(plus regular coupons)… I’d use Sears again, but only on a day where they’re not busy.

I’ve bought tires for several different vehicles here and always been very pleased with the service. They have a modern 4-wheel alignment machine and the mechanics know how to use it. They properly explain their recommendations for tires, if that’s what you’re looking for. I highly recommend this location.
