Xcel Gymnastics Sports Center provides top quality gymnastics, cheer, tumble, and trampoline instruction to children of all ages in the St. Louis area. We offer a variety of instructional and competitive programs for boys and girls. In addition we host birthday parties, field trips and other special events.

Xcel is a USAG Member Club with top notch USAG safety certified staff. We currently offer three program areas: Gymnastics, Cheer, and Trampoline & Tumbling (often referred to as T-​n-​T). All of our programs incorporate a progression based curriculum for each skill level. All of our professionally trained coaches utilize return stations at each event to allow for independent learning, strength, confidence, repetition, and fun.
