Sun Tan City

I have gone to many tanning salons and this one surpasses many. The workers are very well educated on the products and the difference in what makes this type of sunless tanning unique. I will repost another review in a few days based on how well the tan looks and lasts for! I got the dark clear with moisturizing session added, apparently that is the best way to go. Two different clients walked in while I was discussing the booths with the workers and at different times they both said «you won’t regret it, you will love this place.» Not only is the place extremely clean and well kept, the fact that the booths are non enclosed and are wide open, makes those who are scared of getting trapped somewhere less of a fear. So far I would highly recommend and for those of us wanting to avoid skin cancer but don’t want to look pale, sunless tanning is the way to go!

I love shine! They are helpful and it is so quick and easy, especially after you’ve been a couple times. I’ve NEVER had any trouble with looking orange or being streaky. I love my spray tans!

I discovered this place last year after a not so great mystic tan experience at another tanning salon. I love Shine’s Versa Spa! I’m as pale as they come, and I get the medium level in clear every time I go. You can choose between: levels 1 (light), 2 (medium), or 3 (dark). You can also choose between clear or tinted. Clear is gradual color while tinted is immediate color that gradually gets darker. I was told tinted has a tendency to look streaky and rub off on clothes, so I’ve always gone with clear. I’ve never looked orange, and the staff is very helpful. I come every time I have a function or am going on vacation. They have a great deal going on where it’s $ 10 any day! I would try it if you’re looking for a cheap way to get a sun tanned glow that lasts for 5 – 7 days!

Fabulous place to go. I have traveled all over the US getting spray tans at many locations. This is by far my favorite place to spray tan. The facility is super clean and they have a nice staff. The tan sprays are even every time with no spotting or streaking. The Versa tan has never come out orange unlike the Mystic tan. Their membership deal at this location is wonderful as well, unlimited spray tans for a very competitive price. In addition, they allow you pause the membership, debiting $ 5/​month which is then credited to your account once you turn it back on.

While I still have a tanning problem, Shine has helped me keep my summer glow year round.
The staff are super awesome and aren’t pushy like other places. If you have any issues or qualms about tanning, they wash those fears away. If you are claustrophobic, don’t fret. The booths are open and free, unlike those good ‘ol Mystic Tan days were you were afraid to close to door all the way for fear of getting locked in (wait, did I just date myself).
They have three colors to choose from and product to help keep your luscious tan.

Wow! was I impressed with this place. State of the Art. And, the consultant, Alexis, was so precise and articulate with taking the time to explain the positions with my tanning experience, besides her being friendly and darling to boot! I am coming back and think this is my true blue alternative to a healthy tanned skin look. No damage to skin cells! I love it! At my age, I have already done the damage, but noticing right this minute my skin tone looks like I had a couple days in the sun, naturally. What a fooler!

I came and visited one day during lunch and I will have to say it was the best sunless tanning experience I’ve ever had. The first spray tan is free. While I was there, I was set up in their system for future tans and I was give a step by step tutorial with the employee since it was my first time in a sunless tanning machine.
Overall, VERY happy with the service and even more happy with the tan. It lasted for well over a week as it suggested.
I would definitely recommend. Their monthly package is quite affordable compared to other monthly tanning salon fees, and I will definitely be returning again this weekend.

I came here on a late Tuesday night with one of my girlfriends because we both wanted a summer spray tan. My friend had two coupons for your first spray to be free but when we got there, the girl that was working the front desk told us that we did not need them. The employee was very informative and walked step by step with us on the versa spray tan.
There are three different levels (light, medium, and dark). Of course I choose the darkest color and when I walked out, I did not notice any change in color but the next day, holy cow! I was DARK, and I mean almost black *lol*. Everyone at my work kept asking me where I went to get so dark and to get so much color in less than 24 hours.
I will be most definitely coming back here again!

Plus your first one is free… so get over there! The service is great for a brand new operation. They walk you through the entire process. It takes less than a minute to «tan» and you are in a private room all to yourself. the machine you tan is is a stand up machine, and it talks you through the moves! The final 2 dsprays are lotion, smells great and you then get dried in the machine with warm air! Terrific, you have a tan in about 3 hours!
Check it out, it’s so worth it!
