History
Established in 2009.
Paul and Mark took their passion for barbecue to a higher level, opening their restaurant in 2009. Using skills and techniques learned from families in Kentucky and Tennessee, they settled on a menu featuring hickory smoked meats and home made side dishes from old family recipes.
Accolades from Sauce Magazine, The Riverfront Times and The St. Louis Post Dispatch soon followed. Chosen as «One of the Best New Restaurants» of 2009 and ‘One of 10 restaurants You Must Try” in 2011, to name just a couple.
Paul and Mark expanded the menu in 2012 to include a selection of pies and cakes, made from scratch, each day.
