New Age Dental Care

This place is a complete, overpriced rip-​off with expensive treatments that require multiple office visits, which is probably done on purpose in my opinion. While the staff is nice, this place is more about getting your money instead of providing meaningful patient care and treatment; they even go as far as to employ scare tactics to get you to go beyond your dental coverage, such as posters in the office that say something along the lines of «Limiting yourself to your dental plan coverage is hazardous to your dental health (with the word «dental» crossed out). There are much better dentists out there who won’t make you break the bank.

I had a frustrating time with post-​service billing issues. This is an okay place if you are getting regular cleaning BUT when they start doing other procedures that is when you go into not so good territory of dealing with them. All the sweet talk during the procedures can be a headache afterwards.
Be very vigilant after you book an appointment, check what they are doing is necessary and the billing makes sense. Check with your insurance frequently.

Dr. Kardaris is one of the most caring people I know. Not only as a dentist with the highest standards of care and professionalism but as a person as well. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere that she and her staff provide. It’s a real pleasure. I highly recommend her services

I had a dental emergency on a Sunday. The Doctor was able to see me right away and do a quick fix so that I could at least function through the next couple days. I went in the next day and had a cleaning and my permanent fix was ordered. She is very nice and answered my questions.

My teeth are now healthy, straight, and look pretty. This is all I ever wanted in a dentist practice. But, on top of that, all of the staff are nice and have fitted me in to be seen when I would have an emergent issue.
I would definitely recommend new age dental care!

Far more expensive than my local family dentist. They raised their prices to the point where its almost as if you’re paying full price for a filling at another cheaper doctor, with no insurance…
They put «uncoded charges» onto bills — and then say «oh…that must be a gingivitis treatment thats standard procedure»…at 288 dollars!
I booked a saturday appointment three months in advance, I showed up fifteen minutes early — I waited an HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES and did not get seen. They told me I’d need to reschedule because they were «Short handed» that day.
Had to make an appointment for two months later.
Showed up… waited 45 minutes after arriving on the dot. Then got seen by a volunteer from another dentists office? She didn’t know how to work any of their imaging equipment. I had to put the digital image piece inside my mouth and hold it in there myself. She cut up the roof of my mouth badly.
We’ll be finding another dentist.
