I first came across these guys when my girlfriends car bit the dust. They towed it to their shop and let me know the engine had blown (over 205,000 miles) and that it was hopeless. They helped me find a place to dispose of the car.
Recently, I had bought high end brake pads and rotors for my own car, with the intention of doing the work myself. I however couldn’t manager to get the rotors off, the bolts were on too tight for the tools I had at hand. I called a dozen brake shops, none of them would let me supply my own parts, they insisted on selling me theirs (more money for them).
Finally, I called these guys to see if they’d help (keep in mind, they are a 15 mile drive for me). They were happy to help, and they opened at 8 AM on a saturday. This was important because I had to be in Grand Rapids Monday for a funeral. Within an hour my car was done and I was back on the road.
I’ve been very happy with these guys so far, and will continue to give them my business, even if I do have to drive way out of my way.
