Absolutely fabulous customer service! I had a pretty late request for embroidery on a security blanket for my niece and I had gone through another company and it wasn’t working out with them but I was able to get my request in and complete in just two days and they stayed open late so I can come pick it up before the party and so I didn’t have to make an extra trip because the location is 30 minutes from my home but near my work. highly recommended will be going there for all my embroidery needs.
