Very happy with our swim spa. Our salesperson Pamela was knowledgable and fun, delivery was a breeze. My husband and I purchased it at a discount event a few weeks ago. Feel we got a great deal, as we’ve been researching on and off for over a year.

Run, do not walk away from this company. They state that they are factory reps for Barefoot Spas but they are really a firewall, a front, a scam. They are incompetent, unresponsive rude untrustworthy and liars. Their fine print says that they can deliver to you a damaged Hot tub even though you purchased and examined a flawless tub at their expo, their fine print says that they will make one attempt to deliver your tub, and then they can dump it in your yard. My experience was that they first delivered a cracked tub and asked me, a 63 year old man to help them move it into place in my yard, then they replaced it with another damaged tub at 630 am in the morning with no one home. Their customer service is unresponsive, Barefoot Spas is unresponsive, a customer service rep Clarissa basically says tuff luck, its’ not our problem. Barefoot Spas may be the best Spa in the world but if their customer service and delivery people are not only benign but rude, incompetent and malicious, STAY AWAY FROM BAREFOOT SPAS AND SIGNATURE PRODUCTIONS, THEY WILL INFURIATE YOU AS THEY DID ME, THEY MAY PAINT THEMSELVES AS FACTORY REPS AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THEY ARE THE EXACT OPPOSITE, THESE ARE EVIL PEOPLE.
