K and S Studios

K&S is awesome. Kelley has done my nails for years, and she’s the best anywhere.. She is professional, fun, fast and provides a long lasting acrylic manicure. The team is cheerful and fun… especially Lucy. The salon is chic and contemporary. If you want to feel like family and be pampered, visit K&S, you’ll make a friend and get great looking nails.

I just recently got my hair done by Lucy and she is great! I even went back for a second appointment right after a previous one to have my hair lightened a little more and she did it with no problem. The Employees are all friendly and the salon is beautiful. I definitely recommend going here to family and friends!

My groupon manipedi tour of Richmond continues. I went here with a groupon for two gel manicures. They use OPI gel polishes and have a nice selection of colors. My first mani was with Paula. She was great and it lasted 2.5 weeks for me (the longest a gel has lasted for me; I wash my hands a lot at work). I requested Paula for my second trip and also got a haircut. The second mani was equally great. I’ve been getting the same haircut for awhile now. Paula listened to what I want and did exactly that. She was mindful about the length and showed me exactly how much she was going to take off. I didn’t get it blown dry and the price was around 30 — very reasonable. I plan to come here regularly for haircuts. I’m going to finish up my other manipedi groupons. The regular price for a gel mani here is I think 35. If I find a much cheaper place where it lasts 2.5 weeks or longer I’ll go with that just to save money, but, otherwise I’ll be back to Paula because I really liked chatting with her!
