This office has proven to be completely irresponsible, rude, liars and all around just as bad as bad could be. They would constantly tell me they’d call me back on certain days which coincidentally they would be out of office on those days or were with a client and would call me back… but never did.
I had to reach out to H&R Block HQ to file for a refund because this local office was too incompetent to remotely give me any straight answers or information.
They were not apologetic for not only screwing up my taxes but they were insistent there was no way they could have made a mistake… that was until they looked up the issue in their tax law book (also after reading a letter specifying what they did wrong by my new tax accountant)
If you need to get your taxes done please, for all that is holy do not do any business with these crooks.
I’m finally getting my refund after two months of dealing with their crap, hopefully (from what they said on the phone) within two weeks.

I need to be smarter so that I can do the taxes myself or find someone who can do a better job and not rip me off more than I get back…
over $ 500 for a tax service? REALLY? «OH WE CHARGE BY PAGE»…
F%$&(*@#$!!! Even though I have a complex taxes with an investment property (sounds like a rich person speaking but not the case… I just got stuck with a bursted bubble property in CA which I DEFINITELY cannot sell for like next 20 years because of depreciation) but c’mon now…
They did my CA 2010 re-​look for FREE but where the hell is my refund? It’s been almost three months and I have yet to hear back from them. Will you track that down for me? I doubt it.
