Ordered pizza for pickup. Arrived 20 minutes later as I was told, and was greeted by confusion. Asked if I wanted a drink while I waited(no), then handed me the pizza on the top of the oven. Got it home and it was luke warm at best. Looks like someone ordered and didn’t show so I got their pizza. Pizza was tasteless; very flat. Had heard good things about this place. Very disappointed; we won’t be returning and I do not recommend it. In Great Bridge, either Andrea’s or Ynot are far superior.

Sals pizza on Cedar rd is the best pizza in great bridge area, they use GRANDE cheese which is all natural cheese, nobody uses that cheese in great bridge. They have good prices and they can match any coupons from other pizza places. Their salads and philysteaks are to die for.

WAITEDTOOLONGFORPIZZA… Before tonight I wouldn’t have said anything bad about this place. My husband ordered online, which will never happen again! Usually the wait is 45 minutes. We waited 1 hour and 34 minutes tonight for pizza that was cold and covered in so much flour! I don’t know what went on tonight or who was in the kitchen but it only takes one time to screw with my families meal. When you have children under the ages of 8, you get a whiney ear full! When I called to ask where my pizza was the girl was so unresponsive and sounded like she could care less that we hadn’t received our pizza yet… almost like this was normal for her to hear a complaint. She stated that the driver should be there any minute, 10 minutes later I called back and again, she dated they should be there any minute. SMH… what a disaster! I asked her to just cancel the order and she said we had to do that through grub hub online… so unacceptable! Last time I will be ordering their pizza, the first couple of times we ordered there was actually impressive. I’m pissed, they lost our business. 1)customer service = GARBAGE 2)cold pizza=UPSET 3)no apologies, nor did they offer to help in any way= LASTTIMEGIVINGTHEMBUSINESS!

Called in a takeout order and the employee was friendly and didn’t get upset when I asked questions about menu items. My order was ready exactly when they said it would be and it was hot! The staff was polite and made sure I had everything I would need to enjoy my meal. I got chicken wings, a calzone, and bacon cheddar fries. The fries were covered in the perfect amount of cheese and had plenty of bacon on them. The wings were crispy and had nice flavor from the hot sauce. The calzone came with ricotta and mozzarella cheese and sauce on the side. I ordered the deluxe and was very happy with the amount of filling and flavor! Their prices are good and it’s nice to see a local business bring good food to the area. I will be back very soon!

I am completely disgusted! Saturday afternoon I placed a delivery order for myself and my daughter, after waiting over 2 hours for my food to arrive, the driver handed me the bag & said sorry it took so long, oh & it looks like the ravioli leaked all over the bag. Well, I was already upset at this point, but willing to look past the messy bag I waited several hours to receive. Then the worst part happened, I opened the box to my Italian grinder only to see tomatoes completely covered in mold, yes MOLD! Clear as day, right on top in plain sight! I called & voice my concerns & demanded my money be refunded. The entire food order went right into the trash where it belonged! The manager said she’d refund my money but had no idea how long it would take. They couldn’t pay me to eat there again. Save yourself the trouble, order jimmy johns, they delivered my order in 12 minutes! All ingredients were fresh & delicious! UPDATE: It’s now Wednesday and I still have yet to hear from a manager or get a refund for my moldy meal FINALUPDATE: the owner/manager called and gave me several excuses & begged that I remove the reviews that I’ve posted. He did send a delivery driver to my house with the cash for my refund. He also informed me that they fired the manager that I originally spoke to because she did not know how to speak to customers. That’s ridiculous, although she wouldn’t be my first choice as a manager, she was the only one who seemed genuine & concerned. The person that should’ve been fired was the little brat that told me that if I needed the money THAT bad, she’d give it to me out of her own pocket. Still would never suggest anyone eating here.

Update: The owner/manager called and apologized from the lack of customer service and gave me a free large pizza to come back. I would not have expected a call from them. Kudos and props to him. Because of this will will come back. Service is horrible, called in for a large pizza for pickup and when I arrived they never made the pizza. In total it took 40 mins to make a large pizza with extra cheese. And they couldn’t offer a drink or anything for their mistake. Terrible customer service. Oh, and when I looked at the pizza in the restaurant it didn’t have extra cheese.

Good New York style pizza! They are very large so take it easy when ordering. I made the mistake of getting two large pizza’s for 4 people, ended up only eating one before everyone was full. I’m not a huge fan of the crust, so if I find myself eating the entire slice(including crust) I know that I’m really enjoying the pizza. This will be our«go-to» pizza place from now on.

Good pizza, came quicker then i thought. Ordered online, specifically typed sauces on side and extra blue cheese. Got no blue cheese or sauce on the side

Online ordering is a little slow. Appetizers had a frozen taste telling me the sauce is not fresh everyday. Staff makes it good 2+ stars, not the food, they were very friendly. I probably won’t be back unless everything else in Great Bridge is closed.

Gotten food here a few times. The pizza is good, but the other menu items taste like frozen food that’s been reheated. Last night my wife ordered several items to include a pizza. My daughter wanted some stuffed shells and they were the worst thing I’ve ever gotten for take out. These were frozen/freezer burned and reheated. The sauce and cheese didn’t cover half of the shells. The parts that didn’t get covered were hard and INEDIBLE after they came out of the oven. I will not order from this place again. We’ve gotten food here simply out of convenience over the past year. But the order last night was inexcusable. I should’ve called back as soon as we got home, but it was late and the kids were hungry. So bad on me for not immediately following up, but bad on the person that let this leave the kitchen.

I have ordered pizza from Sal’s probably a half dozen times. Overall, it’s pretty good NY style pizza. Sometimes it’s better than others. Sometimes the wait time is too long. The main problem I have had with Sal’s is their customer service. It’s usually bad. There was one instance where I called in an order for carry out and the girl who took the call had no idea what the words«carry out» or «take out» meant and then when I finally got her to understand that I wanted to come pick the food up, she had to put me on hold while she checked whether or not I was allowed to do that. When I got there, she couldn’t figure out how to run my credit card. Sort of a surreal experience. Often they are rude.

Just review of the Greek Salad — with chicken Meh — chicken was greasy, salad was a little old. Dressing was average. Overall — keep moving. Average Greek.

This is our go to pizza place. We have ordered from them almost weekly for 6 months, and I’ve always been happy. They people are nice and the food is delicious. Sometimes the delivery time can be long, but it’s worth the wait. The pizza crust is the perfect thickness with a little bend still. Not too greasy. The calzones are massive and full of yummy gooey cheese. The Philly cheesesteak is basic but still so good. The chicken Alfredo is fantastic. It’s got a little bit too much butter but still so good.

Walked in for the pizza slice special advertised in their window…2 slices and a coke and was told they are all out of pizza slices. ??? You’re a pizza joint, man! Make a pizza then slice em up. I don’t get it. It’s 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon and you’re all out of your special? I felt like ripping their sign off their window(and I’d feel justified, mind you) but the police station is right down the block so I ordered buffalo wings instead. The man ordered a chicken parm sandwich. I don’t know why we did it. We wanted pizza, dammit. Anyhow, it was ok but c’mon…if you’re advertising a pizza slice special and you’re a pizza joint… you know what you got to do! It’s the logical thing to do!

Probably the best meatball sub I have ever eaten! It was toasty but soaked in marinara. I also had the buffalo wings. They were big with lots of meat and the mild was nice and warm! I usually have to get medium because I like a kick but the mild was PERFECT! I don’t think I’ll ever get a meatball sub that will ever compare!

My inner fat kid wanted pizza. Therefore pizza was had! Tried this out for the first time ever. Had the delivery service. Took less then one hour. Pizza was real good. Nice crust. Nice cook on the bottom. Not watery or flimsy. Nice firm foldable piece. Wings were great, sausage on the pizza was kind of bland and the mozzarella sticks were kinda hit or miss however. I enjoyed the meal very much and the pizza itself was what I was after and it didn’t disappoint. I recommend this be given a try. If your ordering Pizza Hut or dominos this is above that for sure.

Pizza is about three simple things: crust, cheese, and sauce. Sal’s nails the trinity with a crust that is crispy with a slight chewy center, perfect to fold in half like«real» pizza consumed in New York. The sauce is nice and sweet and perfectly seasoned. The cheese tastes fresh and is nice and moist. Often times cheese is dry and blah, but not here. Most places claim«New York Style» pizza and miss the mark on one of the three base ingredients but Sal’s nails all three. I’ve ordered from them twice and both times have been real pleased. Their large pizza is a true large 18 inch pie. I would highly recommend Sal’s for your pizza needs.

Can’t say anything fancy other than the pizza here reminds me of the good stuff from back in NY. Just the right amount of sauce on a thin hand-tossed crust. No fancy novelties like cheese in the crust, or dipping sauce. You don’t need any of those things if the pizza is good. A little garlic powder, maybe some red chili seeds and you’re good! Come check it out. You can chit chat with the staff about the days back in NY while you wait for your order. Buh-bye Ynot! ;)
