I came in to grab one outfit for my daughter and maybe an outfit for my twin boys. I prefer to have my boys with me because they tend to be very picky so I decided to just grab something for her. I was shocked to find that they had a lot of deals today! Shirts and bottoms for three dollars! What a deal! Instead of one birthday outfit I was able to purchase several for her. She will be very pleased. It was only a few people inside and I was able to get out quickly after grabbing my items. The cashier was very friendly and asked me to smell there fragrances which were on sale but I turned that offer down because my daughter has very sensitive skin. I had a very good experience here today and I will be returning with my boys.

The prices are great here in RUE21 !! They have their perfumes, colognes, jewelry, accessories, shoes, sandals, boots and of course clothing !! Great customer service as soon as you walk in !!!

I had never heard of Rue 21 before passing the one at this location. It’s a sad attempt of Forever 21 meet Wet Seal meet D.E.B. The clothes are cheaply made, and for the same amount of money you can go to H&M and leave much more satisfied with clothes that will last.
I will say you can get a pair of decent looking flats or sneakers for around or under $ 20, however I am unsure of what type of quality you might be subjecting yourself to.

Rue 21 is located in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake and opened less than a week ago. I decided to stop in on my lunch break and at first glance was very impressed with the store. They sell clothes for guys and gals and have a wide variety of accessories and shoes as well. Although upon further inspection I realized that the style of clothing isn’t really for me, I still enjoyed browsing around the store. I did really like some of the shoes and jewelry that were in the accessories section.
I did buy a bottle of perfume from Rue 21 called ‘Twenty One’. They had several perfume selection ranging from sweet to fruity. The employees were very nice and even recommended different scents to me. The bottles are only $ 10 so I consider that a pretty good deal!
