Meet the Business Owner

Curtis K.

Business Owner

Curtis has studied under several seasoned recording engineers with serious experience and credits. At age 17, Curtis was offered a full scholarship into Old Dominion University’s music school to study Music Production and Music Composition. Directly from ODU, Curtis was offered a full time position with a local recording studio/post-production facility in Chesapeake, VA. There he served as a production manager for over two years. From his high school auditorium to his performances in Carnegie Hall, Curtis exhibits strong musicianship both in his performance and his production techniques. He exhibits leadership in session as well as in the classroom. Because of his numerous national releases and success in the music industry, Curtis was invited and accepted a full voting membership with The Recording Academy (GRAMMYs) in 2009. Having led a variety of artists of diverse genre, Curtis says, «At the end of the day, it’s all about relationships and taking care of people.»
