Ken Loud and his staff at The Physical Therapy Center of Chesapeake have been extremely professional during my rehab from shoulder surgery. The facility is clean, has ample parking, and excellent administrative services.
The staff has been attentive and have patiently explained the purpose and correct way to perform the rehab exercises. The staff also has engendered a positive and open relationship with patients, and fellow patients routinely discuss sports, news, and proper exercises in an open manner with each other and the staff.
If you have to go to Physical Therapy the Physical Therapy Center of Chesapeake is an excellent facility. I can’t say enough about the professional response from the Staff.
