The sales associate was very nice and helpful but the mechanical side will lie to your face. I bought my car two months ago and the «i owe you» paper was never fullfilled. I took it in because the tire pressure light was on when we bought it and they said they would fix it. Not only did the light stay on but they said they found no leaks. One week later i took it to a different mechanic and i had two rear tires that were going flat. Turns out both back tires had huge leaks, both rear tire sensors were unusable. Also they said there was no way a body shop could have checked my tires because the lug nuts were so tight they looked like they hadnt been adjusted in over a year at least. After paying to get all the lug nuts loosened they found the passenger rear rim was so eroded the air was just flying out between the tire. Also the extended piece of the muffler that helps save the rear bumper from melting, has fallen off and my rear bumper is melting… if i could post a picture i would… it’s really bad. Also, when I originally bought the car the rear seats had car mats on the floor but when I took it in, they disappeared. Also, the car manual left in the car wasn’t even the same make of vehicle. I am actually scared to see if by next year this car will pass inspection. Do NOT purchase a used car from this place ! I have spoken with other locals and I know of two other people who have similar experiences. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

Good quality service. Service reps are attentive. Brought the Buick Enclave here for general service and am very satisfied.
