Meh… maybe I am expecting too much by expecting good as new repairs? I find it very strange that there is not a QA person here. After dropping off my rental car and hitching a ride there to pick up my ready car, after they had my car for 1 and ½ days for a minor ding, inspection revealed according to the person I was speaking to that ‘dust got in the paint ‘. So long story short I had to wait additional time (sitting around their shop for an additional 30 minutes) for the dust to be buffed out. Thanks to my insurance company for the warranty on Mi car’s work in case something else comes up. As a first time customer, it will be my last time The dealer is a pain in the butt but quality is never an issue. I do believe if someone had double checked the work the issue would of been resolved before I got there, thereby eliminating the waste of my time. Disappointed as always supporting local business is my priority. Back to the dealer I go…
