There’s no issue with parking as there is plenty of space in the private lot. The office is very clean and comfortable and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I’m sorry I don’t remember the receptionist’s name but she was very professional, friendly and helpful. As they suggested, I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and it was just the right amount of time to complete the required paperwork. The audiologist, Lauren, saw me promptly. She asked a variety of questions about my history and hearing then explained in great detail exactly what was involved in the tests she would be performing. Her easy-​going manner and thoroughness made me comfortable and put me at ease. I always hate being in that sound-​proof booth but Lauren talked me though everything and was very encouraging.
After the completion of the testing, Lauren patiently explained the results to me. She offered some insights, explained some options and offered some suggestions. She answered all my questions and gave me a hard copy of my test results. I left feeling feeling very good about the whole experience.
