This guy is a top notch musical technician. He really knew his piano and is a registered tuner, which I didn’t know you could be registered! He was very cordial and informative about the type of piano we have and the condition it was in. He spent 2.5 hours fixing our piano. He wasn’t cheap, but he is worth the price. He came recommended from our church, where he annually tunes the handful of pianos.
