This is the most HORRIBLE place to take ANY animal. The doctor there is named Samuel W Springer and he is the WORST VETERINARIAN anyone could ever allow to touch their dog or cat. I took my dog there for aching and pains because he is a senior dog. Dr. Samuel W. Springer asked if there have been any visible signs of bleeding or blood in the stool which I said there was NONE. Dr. Samuel W. Springer put his finger in my dogs anus and was SO AGRESSIVE he caused bright bleeding. He then tried to say that there WAS blood in there and threw the tissue away. My dog SCREAMED IN PAIN and I took my dog and left the building. He tried to then give me a bill with an estimate of $ 700. DO NOT take your dog or your cat there.

The staff is great and friendly. Dr. Wayne has always made my pets and myself comfortable. They take the time to explain everything and work with you to make sure your pets get the care they need. I’ve been coming here for 8 years now and couldn’t imaging going elsewhere.

Since moving to Virginia beach 3 years ago we haven’t taken my dog to any other veterinarian. The staff here is great and really make sure my dog Ari is comfortable as possible and stress free. They don’t try to push any of a particular brand or company product on you. They give everything straight forward and I like that. I keep my dog shots updated regularly and they let me know what is necessarily needed at that particular appointment. I have nothing negative to say about this place and always refer them to all my friends.
