I have had an issue that Geico has been unable to resolve now for 4 months and each time I call I am given different information about what is needed to resolve the issue. They have also claimed each time I call that all is taken care of, but when I call a week letter I find out that it is not and the issue still stands. There is a major disconnect with the representatives and the rest of the company(underwriters and such) and they just«yes» you to get you off the phone. Although they have been great in the past, I realize now that when you need them to pull through they do not have their information organized and are unable to help, and therefore I strongly do NOT recommend them for anyone. I would pay more just to know that I am working with a company that is up front with me and gives me the information straight, without changing it later. What a HASSLE!
