What a joke of a car dealership, they have a shady nail salon and hair salon in the dealership because they know how trash and slow the service is. We brought our Toyota in for an oil change and air filter change to find out that there is a recall on out vehicle they need to inspect the seats. 4 hours later my wife drives me back and he tells me the technician has left for lunch and that the vehicle will be finished when the technician returns. Now luckily they have this fancy theater room where we can watch transformers 1 in it’s entirety and still not have the service complete. I then go ask the service desk what’s the status. They inform me that it won’t be complete for another 2 hours. Between their bad service and low ball trade in offers I will never buy another Toyota or do business at this hell hole again.

I waited for a couple of months now for a part I have already paid for. They ordered the wrong part the first. The customer service is meh. I only come here if I have to now. I get as much maintenance done as possible at other places.
It’s not horrible but it’s definitely declined from when I first moved here.

Met with Phil Henderson today to look at Tacoma’s. He was knowledgeable but new to this particular dealer.
The dealership was very clean and open. The service bays were clean and organized. I’m still a little overwhelmed with the kids play area, movie theater, nail salon, shoe shine area, and what looked like a full service cafeteria. I guess they are trying to make it as inviting as possible.
My only negative thoughts came after the test drive. Phil became pushy and wanted to get me to take a vehicle even after I told him repeatedly that I wasn’t buying for 90 days. Why do dealers have to get that way? How does one get info and take a test drive without getting hounded to buy on the spot?
