We specialize in Professional Property Management Services in that we represent the owners interests in selection of qualified tenants, building maintenance, property inspections, and collection and disbursement of funds. We service our clients from three offices in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake and Newport News.

History

Established in 2001.

We first were a Listing and sales company that did property management more as a service to our Owners. After the market dipped it became clear that property management was becoming more and more of a need for owners who could not afford to sell their homes. After the accounts started growing it became necessary to move out of the sales area and devote ourselves to property management and we have not changed our course since then.

Manager

I come from Northern Michigan. My wife is from the Chesapeake area and never could quite get used to our Northern Michigan Winters. We have lived here in the Hampton Roads area since 2000. I was proud to serve in the United States Navy and owned a Mechanical Company in Michigan until a traffic accident inspired a career change. My wife and I have been married for 30 years. I have 3 daughters, 7 grand children and a great grandchild on the way. I have been involved in Real Estate and Property Management for 15 years. Working with tenants and owners is interesting work and I never have a boring day.
