We specialize in unique menu items. Mango salsa, sausage wonton puffs, Gorgonzola Garlic bread, shrimp salad sandwich on a grilled New England roll, crab and artichoke melt on grilled garlic toast, baked cod with mango salsa, filet with blueberry cream sauce, taco stuffed shells, cream puffs, baked stuffed shrimp or cod, scallops with a mustard maple sauce, teriyaki glazed salmon, seared tuna. You will love our seafood and all our other choices.

There’s a new restaurant in town, and not just new in the sense of a grand opening, but more so in the sense of what this restaurant has to offer. Ddeb’s is a unique eatery, offering an atmosphere and menu like no other restaurant in Chesapeake. Debbie Toth, the owner, made sure of these qualities when deciding to open a restaurant of her very own.

While spending most of her life in East Lime, Connecticut, Debbie worked in the food service industry for well over twenty years. She met her husband in the restaurant she was working in, along with many other Hampton Roads Civil Service workers. After marrying her husband, she moved to Chesapeake, Virginia in the year 2002 with her two youngest sons. Her oldest son remained in Connecticut, keeping true to the family talent of cooking; he’s a very talented chef as well.
