I had a hard tow, steering column locked up in a 4×4, it took quite awhile but quick to arrive, positive attitude, original driver needed assistance, 2nd driver named Tree Top came and was very positive and could tell he truly enjoyed helping not only customers but the other driver which was new. I highly recommend this company as long as these employees are there.

Totally unreliable. If your insurance co. or tow provider tells you they are sending someone from this company, tell them to send anyone else. Left me waiting 6 hrs. Excuse after excuse and obviously lies. I’m guessing they take road service calls from auto clubs last.

They arrived 2.5 hours after promised. Every time I called I was told they would be there in 10 minutes. Upon arrival I was denied a discount of even 1 dollar. Horrible service.

Terrible — DO NOT use in an emergency, especially if you are military! All Around was contacted by my insurance to tow our car during recent flooding in Portsmouth. After waiting 3.5 hours through dinnertime with our baby, a hungry little boy, and my husband in a soaking wet uniform after pushing the car out of the roadway — All Around called to say they were on the way and to confirm our location (Norfolk Naval Shipyard). Moments after hanging up, we got a call from the insurance company — All Around had just called them, lied and said WE cancelled the tow (assuming it’s because they didn’t want to deal with the base), putting us back at the bottom of the wait list when we started the process again. Luckily the awesome guys from Brown were happy to come on base and get us a few hours later. Skip All Around, go straight to Brown’s!
