Horrible service, Horrible work, and so rude! I have been getting threading done for 15 years now and I’ve never had an experience like this. First of all, when you arrive, they are rude and barely want to be bothered to get up and work. Then it took the woman 15 minutes to thread my upper lip, which should take a maximum of 2 minutes and it was still completely not done. when I went to pay, I asked for a receipt and they refused to give me one. So, I went to their main location upstairs where I was met by an even more rude person who kept talking in their language to the other person as I was having a conversation with her (it was pretty clear she was talking about me). Worst experience ever, not sure how they continue to stay in business because I would NEVER go back there.

My experiences here always used to be positive but today was my most recent eyebrow threading and I will not be back.
I sat down in the chair and explained I don’t like my eyebrows overly shaped or thin, I like my brows bold. I was there for a clean up — nothing else. I also started to explain to her I have a scar through one of my eyebrows and hair doesn’t grow in it, so go by the shape for each brow. She cut me off saying «I know, yeah I know.» before I could even finish. Oh you know everything about a complete stranger’s scar?
Maybe she should be a psychic instead of threading eyebrows then because mine were painfully thin. I’m talking 90’s thin and two completely different shapes. I look like the Rock lifting up his eyebrow… when I’m expressionless. Time to break out the eyebrow powder for the next month until I can get my hair to grow back.
Save your money and go elsewhere.

I have been getting my eye brows threaded for a while now and the Cherry Hill location has been the most consistent. I recently got done with Khuki. Khuki was very friendly and patient. I can tell she had a long day and could have used a message with a nice dinner. I didn’t have to explain much of what I wanted and Khuki delivered! My eye brows turned out perfect! I love getting my eye brows threaded over waxed.
I never had any issue with the staff as other Unilocalers mentioned in reviews. Overall, this location is great, alway consistent and prices have never changed.

Terrible customer service! And even worse, no eye brow skills! I was hesitant and should have gone with my first instinct to get the hell out of there. Trying to give them a chance I went against my gut. Huge mistake! And the nerve of this lady to ask me for a tip! Ha, my tip is «QUIT YOUR DAY JOB». And this one star is strictly for the comfy seating, otherwise I wouldn’t recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Eye brow tint lady needs a new profession, she had no knowledge how to pluck, trim or clean up and did a horrible tint job! Ugh! Waste of $!!

I went there the first time and this one Indian lady is REALLY rude but she did a good job. I went back again and she still had an attitude. This time she messed up my eyebrows and I asked for a wax and the lady doing the wax was busy so she yelled at her and did my wax herself and she was pushing me around during the wax and being rough and extremely rude. I will not be going back and would not recommend at all.

It is very disappointing to write an updated review that is the polar extreme of a previous positive review. This business has made a huge downward spiral in service since they were once a kiosk only and since my last review.
For convenience I go here when I don’t feel like going to my primary salon in Philly. For a few months now, I have been trying to work with the staff here but my most recent visit was enough for me to say NO MORE. My usual threader, Komal either does not work here any longer or is not here on the days I have been in for service. She was awesome at threading brows. Since I have been going to other threaders for my eyebrows for the past few months, I have noticed the inconsistency in the results of the service. At best my eyebrows were threaded from acceptable to mediocre. It is discouraging to get a service not kowing if you will or will not be satisfied with the outcome.
So I tried another service, a Brazilian waxing. This was one of most horrifying experiences ever. If it had been my first time getting this service, I would have never gotten another one in my life. Wax was everywhere… my stomach, legs and to make matters worse, I had to assist the Esthetician in cleaning the wax off of me. She kept pulling repeatedly at least 5 times before she could remove a patch of hair. Clearly, I have no words to express my disgust.
My most recent experience was underarm waxing with an Esthetician I had used once before who I wasn’t thrilled with but not enough not to give her the benefit of the doubt. Well, all was going okay until I noticed that she had torn a piece of the paper used to cover the table before a customer lies down and placed it on the floor. As she finished spreading the wax under my arms, she would take the stick with the wax and drop it on the paper she had placed on the floor. YES, floor NOT trash can!!! How many ways can I say RATCHET.?. To add insult to injury, once done she asked if I wanted oil or soothing cream to apply to my underarms. I chose the soothing cream. She passed the tube to me to put it on myself. WHAT??? I informed her that I was used to this being applied by the Esthetician. In my experience this has been the type of service that she was suppose to provide. Obviously, this feature is SELF-​SERVICE here.
I can’t write another word about this experience. I just CAN’T! I will not be returning and can only advise others to make their own personal decision after becoming informed by reading ALL the reviews.
My recommendation is training is needed in the basics of customer service and consistent results…

Horrible! They made my mother and I feel comfortable but my mom was in pain the whole time and the next day we noticed why! She was not only pulling my moms hairs but her SKIN! I came today to speak to someone and I got a bad ass attitude saying «it happens» and «so what do you want me to do». I wanted to punch her in her eyes! I will NEVER step foot in there again!

After years of waxing. I decided to have threading done about 6 months ago. I’m so happy I did. I will never go back to waxing if I can help it. And I love this place. They do an great job and listen. I think threading is a much cleaner look. No red puffy eyes after. And having to deal with the occasional burn marks from wax. threading is the way to go

Did my eyebrows with Komal. I was a bit hesitant since I just moved to this area and had to try someone new. I have been threading my eyebrows for more than a year. I didn’t want to go back to waxing. Since waxing overtime makes your lids droopy. I’m super happy I found Komal. She was quick and I didn’t have to wait. I went on a Saturday.

I went here specifically to see Komal. I am very picking about brow threading but let me tell u something. She is quick but great. She actually cared about what I asked for! From georgia to New York, Cali, Philly and now New Jersey… She’s the best in this region.
