This place totally sucks. I went today 7÷30÷2015 for a normal refill which usually costs me around $ 20 dollars but today I got charge $ 30 dollars & I argued about it, walked out & called my bank to try to fight about not paying the amount. The lady who did it for me was so rude plus it took her over a hour cause she stopped once to get coffee then stopped again to talk to another worker while doing my nails. Well screw that cause I had been going for months but they just lost a good steady customer. Would not recommend going there at all!

I normally really like going here and would normally highly recommend it but there is just this one employer who has had me twice and each time she does the worst job. I will be adding a picture of the pedicure she gave me.

I stopped in while shopping at other stores in this strip. Luckily, it was dinner time on a weeknight so I was taken right away. The pedicure and manicure were both excellent and I thought the staff was very nice. It’s a little out of my way but glad I stopped in and would come back.

Never again. I got a pedicure and a manicure and I am not happy with either. The main reason I get pedicures is for the dry skin on the bottom of my feet. I still have dry patches on the balls of my feet and all around the heel. She only scrubbed my feet for about 30 seconds and I still have pink nail polish on my toes from my last pedicure. As for my nails, they are all sharp and uneven and from my previous manicure the color is still lining my cuticle. The specs of green nail polish gives a great touch to my French manicure.

my only problem was that the lady who did my nails had a bit of an attitude when I politely asked if she could even out a nail that looked very uneven. I don’t understand why? if this is your job, and you are a nail expert, fixing this small issue shouldn’t a problem.
I was happy with the end product however. the place was clean and I was taken care of right away. the prices aren’t bad either. not sure if I will go back though, friendly customer service is a big thing for me.

I came here for the first time today for a pedicure. I didn’t have an appointment, but that was no problem. There was only one other customer there at the same time as me.
After picking out my color, I was immediately escorted to my pedicure chair. The nice, comfortable chairs offer massage and can be adjusted.
Over all, the place appeared very clean. The girl who waited on me took her time with my neglected Runner’s feet. Price was a few bucks less than I pay at my regular nail place.
I’ll likely be back to World Spa & Nails. If I can ever get these finger nails to grow, I’ll try them for a mani.
