The Betty and Milton Katz Jewish Community Center (JCC) provides social, recreational, education and health and wellness programming for youth and adults of all ages, abilities, races, and religions.

The Sari Isdaner Early Childhood Center, located in the Katz JCC facility, is a daycare, preschool and Kindergarten dedicated to providing a safe learning environment for children ages 6 weeks-​6 years old. This is a NAEYC accredited program.

The Katz JCC’s state of the art Health & Wellness complex includes: indoor pools, outdoor pools, full size basketball gymnasium, fitness center with cardio and strength training equipment, personal training, a spinning studio, multiple group exercise studios and new JFit personal training studio for small group training.

The Lenny Krayzelburg Swim Academy located in the Katz JCC facility offers public and private swim lessons for children and adults starting at the age of 3 months.

The Katz JCC summer day camps include: the Early Childhood Camps at the Katz JCC for ages 2.5– 5 years old and the JCC Camps at Medford located on a 120-​acre shaded site in Medford, NJ for ages 3 – 14 years old.

History

Established in 1940.

The Betty and Milton Katz Jewish Community Center (JCC) was estabilished in the 1940s occupying facility in Camden and Pennsauken. The evolution of the community center has continued for over 60 years. The new JCC building located in the heart of Cherry Hill, NJ was built in 1997.
