Established in 2012.
Lisa Balfour Silver and her team of instructors brought Jazzercise to Cherry Hill in 2012 to help women meet their health and fitness goals while having fun! Great music, easy-to-follow dance moves and strength-training round out our workouts.
Lisa Balfour Silver grew up in Cherry Hill and is thrilled to be back in town raising her own family and building her Jazzercise business.

Lisa grew up in Cherry Hill and has been dancing since age 3. She was part of the dance team in college and is passionate about health and wellness. After graduating from college, Lisa was unhappy with regular gym workouts, so searched for a workout program that was dance-based. Jazzercise provides cardio dancing, strength-training and stretching all in 60 minutes’ time! It’s the perfect fit for people who enjoy group fitness classes, fun music and effective cardio and strength training! Jazzercise is pure fun and provides real results!
