I bought an Octane LateralX about 2 weeks ago and have been very happy with the machine. It is very solidly built and a nice alternative to a traditional elliptical machine.
I bought the LateralX from Gym Source in Cherry Hill. I worked with Jay, whom I believe is the store manager. He was very helpful and didn’t pressure me in any way. He followed up with me after the sale to make sure I was happy.
The delivery process was smooth. Gym Source has there own delivery staff. They showed up on time and were very polite and efficient. My delivery was pretty easy… no steps and not too far a distance. I suspect lugging this thing up 2 flights of stairs would not have been fun for anyone.
There were two small issues, discovered upon delivery. The owners manual seemed to be missing and the mat that was delivered wasn’t large enough. I spoke with Jay and he had a manual sent to me immediately and arranged to have the correct mat delivered and installed for me at my convenience.
I would recommend Jay and Gym Source if you need to purchase home exercise equipment.
