Greatest Vapes

I’ve had only one good experience here. The owners son is a total jerk, and the owner isn’t much better.
Walking in the shop is clean, well put together and the cases seem stocked full of vape related products. I was excited to be there, until It came time to actually talk to the owners son. He treated me with no respect… And when I asked how he felt about their «breakfast club» flavor. He replied «I used to like breakfast club, until I grew up.»
Snarky, snotty little comments such as that really the me off about this place. I then ask him his age, he replied «19,» whilst opening a beer he got from the back of the store.
WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS IS THIS?!
The two 19 – 20 year old boys that were running the shop continuously referred to each other as «f**k-head,» and many other names I don’t want to mention… totally unhappy about my visit.
WILL NOT be returning. Go to «firehouse» in cherry hill or Deptford instead.

I’ve been a customer here for about 4 months now, and have bought e-​cig juice and other supplies on average about once or twice a week. The store is large, with a big selection of juice and vape hardware. The Greatest Vapes store brand juices are excellent, high-​quality products with a lot of variety. Parking is a PITA if you use the spaces in front of the store along Rt. 70, much easier if you park in the spaces on the East side of the store. The vape juice bar in the back is very welcoming, with a big TV and lounge area. The younger guys working the counters are friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. The prices for e-​cig juice and hardware are consistent with other vape stores in this area, and the shop is open evenings and weekends, which is extremely convenient.
I’m giving Greatest Vapes 2 stars instead of 5 because of a fairly unpleasant experience I had with the older guy that is either the owner or manager. I went in to the shop to buy some vape hardware, and I knew exactly what I wanted in a mod/​clearomizer setup. I’ve been very active on one of the bigger e-​cig internet forums and had gotten some consistent recommendations on what would be the best gear for me. Instead of simply selling me what I was asking for, owner/​manager proceeded to tell me why what I wanted was crap, and what he was recommending was better.
Okay, I understand being passionate about your trade, and I understand upselling. However, in this case the owner/​manager bypassed both «passionate» and «upselling» and went fully into the «rude» and «obnoxious» zone, and proceeded to talk down to me like I was a child playing with matches.
I said «Thank you very much», walked out of Greatest Vapes, and drove 5 minutes away and bought my gear at another store.
Respect is a 2-​way street owner/​manager. My money is too hard earned to do business with someone rude and disrespectful.

Bought my girlfriend a ecig pen here and the clearomizer broke within 1 hour. Took it back to the store and they said «nothing we can really do about this». I had to pay for a replacement clearomizer of which cost me another $ 15. I wouldn’t be upset if we actually broke it but they should have replaced it for free since I was back in the store within an hour. Disappointed to say the least, I will definitely not be returning to this store.

Very clean shop, very good selection of hardware with mostly reasonable prices for a brick and mortar. Unfortunately, like most vape shops there’s a priority on conversing with friends rather than helping customers.

Ahh. Greatest Vapes… Greatest Vapes has a wide selection of vaping needs and so many juices. The owner Al is very caring and helpful and loves to see smiles on customers faces. The employees are one of kind. They are very helpful and very kind and approachable. I always have a good time when I visit the store to grab juices an ect. Stop by and get your vaping needs and sit at the bar and try many many good juices and Greatest Vapes has a wide range of starter Vapes to more experienced Vapes. I will always be a customer of Greatest Vapes.

my «go-​to» vape shop. really good selection of brands for hardware & juice. they’ve got an in-​house label of less expensive juices with a full menu of choices that are honestly great. awesome staff that know all the answers i need them to know. great loyalty program w/​frequent sales and discounts.

If Zero Stars were a choice that would apply. We live in a society of choice I find it very sad that places of business dont see the importance of growing their customer base by offering a half friendly experience add Greatest Vapes to the list. Terrible customer service over-​shadows the selection and potential of the place. There are plenty of vape shops in and around the area that are worth driving right past Greatest Vapes to get to. Your co-​workers will be there for personal convo later your customers should probably come first, 4 employees in the place and couldn’t get help, felt like I was more of a bother than anything. Ended up walking out, if you are open to taking my money for your product you should also be open to at least helping me.

Granted I’ve never been to another soley based vape shop, I’d have to say this was a good one for a first experience. John (he is AWESOME! Never let him go), an employee started helping my friends and I upon arrival. He was very personable, down to earth, and most importantly: honest and straight forward with his reviews on the products I inquired about (which was greatly appreciated). The variety of juice flavors is pleasantly overwhelming, and as this experience was new to me, John remained very patient with us as we tasted different flavors until we found some we liked. As far as I’m concerned, I have no need to go to any other vape store. This place is literally a one stop shop that does repairs and all. See you all soon!

Where do I begin???
Okay, when I first went into Greatest Vapes I was pretty impressed with having a decent selection of vapes to choose from. The owner is definitely on the ball! Ever a problem, he values ur business and will make it right!

I originally gave this place fours stars after one visit. They talked a good game. But the day after I bought a new tank there it leaked all over and they gave me a giant hassle trying to replace it. It was a $ 15 dollar item and you would expect to get a brand new one, but instead they insisted on trying to «fix» it. It is still leaking and I am just going to throw it in the trash and except the loss.
They seemed put off that I had the gall to bring something back. I probably won’t visit here again unless I am in a serious pinch for juice since they do have a decent selection.

I’ve been here several times. He (owner, don’t know his name!) has a decent selection of juices as well as a mods and pen vape tanks, batteries, drip tips. He is very passionate and knowledgeable about vaping. His prices are right on par with the averages. Also, the atmosphere is awesome. Definitely the largest vape shop I’ve been to and has the «come in and stay for a while» vibe. Also, excellent rewards program: 5 purchases (visits) and you get a free 30mL juice.
