History

Established in 1997.

Andrew Binowski holds real estate licenses in both New Jersey and California. He started in real estate by helping home buyers purchase their dream homes in the Silicon Valley Area in 1997. A few years later he bought out the owner of the office where he worked and became the broker of record of the nationally franchised office. A few years later he opened a second real estate office in San Jose, CA.

In June 2012, Andrew was issued his NJ Real Estate Brokers License. He is a Broker Associate with Prudential Fox & Roach located in Southern New Jersey. He is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Burlington Camden County Association of Realtors.

Andrew has held a National Mortgage Loan Originators License and understands the loan process; which is invaluable when determining a future homebuyers ability to purchase a home. As a real estate investor, he has gained the knowledge and intuition necessary to help buyers and sellers determine suitable investments. Andrew makes sure that all of his clients receive personal and detailed attention and focuses on their needs while educating them about buying and selling homes and other real estate.

Andrew Binowski earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University. He is a member of the Lions Club and also collects donations of used baseball equipment for Nicaraguan youth athletics. Andrew spends his free time ocean fishing, traveling in Latin American Countries, spending time with family and friends, and gardening.
