Called yesterday to make an appointment for sprinkler repair. I was told I was on the list for that day or today. Stayed at home most the day waiting. When I called back a little before 5pm there was no answer & received no returned call. Now I go into the weekend with a sprinkler leaking heavily. If there was no intent to do the job I could have called someone. Very poor customer service.
